1. What is your process for determining what my needs are?
We schedule a complimentary consultation appointment to learn more about your concerns, frustrations, and needs. This visit is at no cost to you! After getting basic information about your business and its goals, we do a thorough assessment of the network infrastructure. We look at everything, from the network closet to the firewall and backup systems. Finally, we provide our recommendations. Depending on the scope of work, projects are usually broken down into different phases.
2. How can you help me save money on IT services?
Following the process stated above helps us identify areas where a customer can save money. For example, we show businesses how they can spend less by standardizing and consolidating equipment, or developing technology policies and procedures. There are many ways for businesses to save money on technology, and we present all options available to our customers.
3. What is your guarantee?
“Make it right”! We will fix any problem that arises that is related to the scope of work performed. For example, if we set up a wireless access point, and for whatever reason your computers fail to connect to it, we will go onsite to fix it immediately. “Treat others how you want to be treated “ – we follow this principle at all times and we truly care to grow long-lasting relationships with all of our clients.
4. Sometimes we need immediate help. What are your response times?
We enforce customer service norms, which clearly communicates the expected response and resolution times. In most cases, our response times are 5-10 minutes, if not immediately.
5. How can you assure me that my computers are secure and virus free?
Captain IT implements and thoroughly tests the systems we implement. However, we also monitor the servers and workstations for problems. Yes, you will have a dedicated team assigned to your account. In the rare event that unforeseen events lead to us sending someone else, our thorough documentation of your systems will ensure that the substitute tech is fully informed.
9. I don't see pricing on your website. What is your fee structure?
The needs of every customer are different. In IT, there is no one-size-fits-all solution; so, we tailor packages to the specific needs of our customers. We will never sell you anything that you don’t benefit from.
10. What is your education and certification background?
Our staff hold university-level technical degrees, and we encourage them to continue their education by offering training reimbursement. They also possess various technical certifications and bring extensive experience, ensuring you receive a premium customer experience you can trust.
