Anthony and his team members have been my IT firm for several years now, handling all of my office needs (four complete workstations, a server, the network, email hosting, and phone system hosting) and my home computers. The work is always excellent, and the customer service is fabulous. Whenever I have an issue to fix, Captain IT almost always has the problem fixed that day. They do nearly all of the work remotely, so they usually just log onto my system and do their work quickly and with minimal intrusion to the office workflow. Being a small but busy professional office, I could really be impacted by a system going down and not being fixed quickly. Anthony also has recommended a few systems updates and changes which have really been a benefit, such as transitioning from a peer-to-peer system to a server, and finding a better contacts and calendar app for my whole team to use.
