A referral is an introduction (usually by phone or email) to a business interested in Captain IT’s services. When we contact your referral, they should know who we are and what we do and, expect our call.

You can refer anyone to us to receive a $100 gift card (if they meet with us in person), but without meeting the criteria above, they will not be considered a “referral.”

We will reach out to that person to explore how we can help with IT support. Once your referral becomes a Captain IT partner, you’ll receive a spot on the Disneyland drawing. If they do not become a partner, you will still receive a $100 gift card if the referral meets with us in person.

There is no limit on the number of referrals you can submit, but once we reach five new partners, you’ll be notified that the contest is over. Your entries are valid once the referral signs our managed services agreement by June 30^th, 2023. If you provide a referral after we have received five new partners, you can still receive the $100 gift card.

Deadline for Entries: For referrals to qualify for the drawing, all eligible agreements must be signed by June 30^th, 2023.

Anyone who has used our services (for project work or a previous client) before January 1st, 2023, can still enter the giveaway drawing if they refer themselves and sign up; however, they will not qualify to receive a $100 gift card.
