I have been dealing with Captain IT for several years now and every time Anthony has solved my problem by remote viewing. We have actually never met! During the holidays, my computer crashed. It started out as a monitor problem but a brand new monitor did not fix it. Anthony and his team tried every which way from Sunday to fix it but it turned out to be the computer that crashed. Since I use my computer mostly for business, Anthony knew I would be lost without it. He worked all day and night to save my programs and data and load it onto the new computer. Two days later they came and installed the new one and everything I needed was loaded and working just fine. I highly recommend that if you have a computer issue of any kind, contact Captain IT awesome IT services. He is smart, honest, trustworthy and really knows what he is doing!
